Windscreen Repair Guarantee:

Should the windscreen repair(s) extend and cannot be repaired by NOVUS; we will replace your windscreen and deduct the repair price from the recommended retail price of an installed replacement windscreen supplied and fitted by NOVUS.

Autoglass Replacement Guarantee:

NOVUS Guarantees the work performed by NOVUS for:

(A) Water leaks resulting from autoglass replacement.
(B) Manufacturing faults in the glass.
(C) Faulty workmanship.


The Guarantee does not cover body defects, rust or faulty rubber seals. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the NOVUS Invoice.

NOVUS will attend to any warranty at the nearest NOVUS workshop, however NOVUS will not travel to locations outside of the defined service area to attend to warranty issues.
