REPAIR GUARANTEE :
Should the windscreen repair(s) extend and cannot be repaired by NOVUS; we will replace your windscreen and deduct the repair price from the retail price of a new windscreen supplied and fitted by NOVUS.

NOVUS repairs in accordance to Australia Standards A.S.2366.1.1999
 

AUTOGLASS GUARANTEE:

Against:

Water leaks resulting from autoglass replacement.
Faulty workmanship.

The Guarantee does not cover body defects, rust, removal of paint (as NOVUS uses industry recommended adhesive tapes) or faulty rubber seals.

All Replacements are carried out to manufacturers specifications.
All Glass comes with Glass Manufacturers Warranty.
All claims must be accompanied by this Guarantee.
